Shipping and Handling: We offer UPS nationwide shipping. The following methods are available: Standard UPS, UPS 2nd Day, and UPS Overnight. Orders are not processed on Saturday or Sunday. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Back Orders: Items not in stock will be on back order. An email will be sent to notify you to keep items on order or give you the option to cancel your order. Sales Tax: Florida Sales Tax will be charged on all in state orders. Out of state orders are tax free. If you are tax exempt, please make sure to choose the tax exempt option. Returns: All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. All warranties are that of the manufacturer and not Hardware Plus, LLC. A 25% restocking charge will apply to all merchandise that is not damaged or used in any way and is not the fault of Hardware Plus, LLC. Minimum Order: There is a minimum order requirement of $25.00. Purchasing: Payment terms: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. Notice: Typographic, photo, and product description errors are subject to correction. Picture colors may not match description. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Privacy Policy: Under no circumstances will Hardware Plus, LLC share or sell our customer's information.
